Review: After reading Crescendo I had to wait a very long year for Silence. It was well worth the wait. Silence picks up right where Crescendo left off. In this book we find out what happens to Nora, Patch, Vee, Simon, Marcia, Rixon, and Hank. This book was action packed right from the beginning. The writing was fantastic as always, and the story just flowed perfectly.

Nora has lost her memory and she does not remember anything that has happened in the last 5 months. You can tell that Nora is struggling with her memory loss and she knows there is something missing and she is trying to fill in the gaps. She relies on her best friend Vee and her mother to help her fill in the gaps. Her mother and Vee  don't help her at all. Once again I couldn't stand Vee in this book. I just think the story line behind Vee is too annoying and forced. I'm hoping that her character gets better in the next book, so she can be redeemed in my eyes.

Patch is just awesome as ever. I went through withdrawals and I love him even more after reading this book. He is a perfect Knight in shinning armor. He struggles with what he wants the most in life and what is the right thing to do.

The ending was just fantastic. It was a perfect set up to the 4th installment in the series. I'm excited to find out what happens. Another long year to wait to see what happens between Patch and Nora.

  1. I had serious problems with this one. The beginning 200 pages was just a recap of everything we already knew, it was a waste of a book. I want half of my money back on the beginning half of this book.

I'm glad you were in love with it though!
